How do I care for my RECOVER item?
In order to keep your RECOVER item looking its best, hand wash and flat dry only. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleansers. Do not iron.
What is my size?
All RECOVER styles are One Size- really! We have engineered our fabrication to “recover” back to its original form when taken off, no matter your body shape.
Where does RECOVER come from?
RECOVER is proudly Made in the U.S.A.We ship all orders from our warehouse in Miami, FL.
When will my order be shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and received.
Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days from the date placed. Orders received after 4p on a Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Holidays are excluded.
Our business hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday EST.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
What are your taxes?
Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Orders between $0-$49 ship for a flat rate of $6 for USA and $10 for Canada. Orders OVER $50 ship for a flat rate of $10 for USA, and $15 for Canada. Expedited Shipping rates are determined directly thru UPS and cannot be adjusted.
Factors include: weight of package, shipping address, fuel costs, and insurance.
Do you ship to P.O./APO/FPO/DPO boxes?
Due to regulations placed by UPS, we cannot ship to any P.O./APO/FPO/DPO Box addresses
What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase; it will be our pleasure to assist you.
We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange.
- Call or email RECOVER within 10 days of receipt to initiate your return/exchange.
- Follow the below instructions regarding your return/exchange.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.
- Keep a copy for your records.
All returns must be received by RECOVER within 14 business days of return request. Please include a copy of your invoice (located on the outside of your package) along with items to be returned. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued immediately to the credit card originally used. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the return is elective and non-defective.
If you wish to exchange and item for a different color or style, kindly note it on your invoice. Please provide the style number and color code of the item(s) to be replacing your return.
If the amount is greater than the item to be exchanged, your full credit card info will need to be provided. You can write this info on your invoice or call/email us.
Once received, your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
The shipping charges for the exchanged order is on us!

INCORRECT ORDERS/DAMAGES RECEIVED:
In the rare and unusual case you receive a wrong or damaged item, please notify us.

When will my credit card be refunded?
A refund will be processed within 2-3 business days once RECOVER receives your item(s). A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to reflect on your bank statement.
